In addition, she is a member of The Scatter Joy Project, a non-profit organization championing affordable mental health care. Meghan is also part of The Alliance Collaborative, a select group of thought leaders and activists at the forefront of the National Alliance for Eating Disorders.

As a mental health consultant, writer, and creator, she collaborates with various organizations and companies to develop innovative projects that promote holistic well-being and growth.
